RTO Sales and Leasing was founded in 1993 by Keith Little in Odessa, Texas, who believed that high quality and affordable equipment solutions should be available to everyone. This is the same philosophy we operate by today, providing top of the line mobile housing and equipment for drilling locations across West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. We also furnish portable offices for construction and drilling sites. We were the first to offer the Portable Treatment Plant for onsite sewage disposal. We have continued to improve and fine tune our services to meet the needs of our customers.
